NO RETURNS POLICY
At Axhead Coffee Roasters, we take pride in providing the highest quality, freshly roasted coffee beans. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-returns policy for the following reasons:
- Freshly Roasted Product: Our coffee is roasted fresh regularly in small batches to ensure maximum flavor and quality. Once coffee beans are roasted, they begin a natural aging process that affects taste and freshness.
- Food Product: Coffee is a consumable food product. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee products.
- Quality Control: Each batch of our coffee undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping to ensure you receive only the best product.
EXCEPTIONS
While we do not accept returns of our coffee products, we recognize that exceptions may arise:
Damaged Products
If your order arrives physically damaged during shipping:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Include your order number in your communication
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and details about the discrepancy
- We will work to resolve the issue promptly
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to freshness, we do not offer refunds on purchased coffee products except in the limited circumstances outlined above.

GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards do not expire and can be used for future purchases
