SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Axhead Coffee Roasters, we understand that receiving your freshly roasted coffee in a timely manner is important. This shipping policy outlines our procedures and timeframes to ensure transparency about when you can expect to receive your order.

SHIPPING METHOD

USPS Priority Mail

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. This reliable shipping method balances cost and speed, ensuring your coffee arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3-7 business days, depending on your location
  • Regional Variations:
    • East Coast: Typically 3-4 business days
    • Midwest: Typically 3-5 business days
    • West Coast: Typically 5-7 business days
    • Alaska & Hawaii: May require additional transit time

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on weekdays are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through the USPS website

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location

DELIVERY DELAYS

While USPS Priority Mail is generally reliable, delays can occasionally occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to USPS, but we will assist you in tracking your package if there appears to be an unusual delay.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • If your package appears to be lost (no tracking updates for 5+ days), please contact us
  • For packages damaged during transit, please take photos of the damaged package and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will work with you to resolve any issues with lost or damaged shipments promptly
