How to Cancel

To cancel your coffee subscription:

  • Visit your account dashboard on our website and follow the cancellation prompts,

  • Contact our customer support team at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Important Notes

  • Cancellations must be received before your subscription is billed.
    Once your payment has been processed, your order will be roasted and shipped — and cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on subscription items once they’ve been charged and sent.

We roast every batch fresh, just for you — thank you for understanding!
